Coffee first. Cold by design.
Ice, dairy, sweetness and espresso should arrive in balance. The coffee still has to lead after the first sip—and the last.

Bangalore mastered hot
Cold coffee deserves more than melted ice, runaway sugar or a milkshake wearing a coffee label.
Why Absolute ZeroThe cold-coffee thesis
Bangalore’s filter coffee is not the problem—it is the benchmark. But go cold and the category loses its nerve: watery iced lattes on one side, sugar-heavy shakes on the other. Absolute Zero is my answer.
Ice, dairy, sweetness and espresso should arrive in balance. The coffee still has to lead after the first sip—and the last.
Creamy can still taste clean. Sweet can still show restraint. A thick shake can be joyful without pretending every cold coffee must be dessert.
I prototype ratios, test how a drink holds up, notice every detail and keep iterating. I didn’t leave product design—I found a more delicious product to obsess over.
Zero watery compromises. Zero powder-led shortcuts. Zero pretending a milkshake is the only way to do cold.

I usually design digital products. Now I’m applying that same obsessive precision to cold coffee.
Coffee matters to me because it is more than a beverage—it becomes a ritual, a mood and a small daily reward. When the cold version felt under-designed, I couldn’t leave it alone.
The recipe, the ratio, the temperature, the cup, the packaging and the tiny details were considered as one experience.
My most drinkable design project yet.
You’re early
Absolute Zero is still being built one drink at a time. If you’re holding one now, you’re part of the beginning.
